FFL’s cutting facilities are equipped with cutting-edge automated CNC technology and advanced CAD systems. We utilize fully software-aided processes to optimize cutting patterns, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal industrial waste. Through our sustainability initiatives, waste generated in the cutting process is repurposed into reusable yarns via the Reverse Resource (RR) process.
